Schedule by zone
Each address can look up the day, time slot and waste type that applies to it. Zones and frequencies are managed by the institution from its own panel, without depending on the provider.
SmartLink is KunanSoft's smart city line for municipalities and local governments. Each module addresses a specific area of municipal operations and leaves verifiable proof of what was carried out.
The planned route is compared against the actual path of the vehicles, producing compliance indicators by route and by neighborhood. Residents check their schedule, follow the vehicle on the map from a browser and receive notice through the channel they choose.
Each address can look up the day, time slot and waste type that applies to it. Zones and frequencies are managed by the institution from its own panel, without depending on the provider.
The notice is sent when the vehicle approaches the registered point, using the radius the institution defines for each zone, once per working day.
If the route has not started or is running behind schedule, the notice is sent anyway. It prevents waste from being left out on the street unnecessarily.
Residents report a waste build-up with a photo and a location, and the case enters the institution's panel with a status and an owner. Reports about the same spot are consolidated into a single case.
Coverage by route and by neighborhood, punctuality by time slot, deviations and cases resolved. It is what backs the service before the public and before oversight bodies.
Crews on the route record what they serviced with a photo and a location. It works without signal and syncs the evidence once coverage returns.
Each module addresses a different area of operations and is contracted separately. None of them requires purchasing the others.
Notices, construction progress, inspections and meter readings with a photo, a location and a server timestamp. An administrative procedure holds up when the act is documented. It works without signal and syncs once coverage returns.
Paper records are digitized and read automatically, so each file can be searched by its data instead of by its file name.
An institution that already tracks its vehicles has the input at hand. That same data supports service coverage, construction progress and oversight of official vehicle use.
Each goal with its owner, its means of verification and its progress, fed by what the modules record. It is built on the institution's own development plan.
For municipalities that operate paid parking: from the inspector's device to the administration panel, integrated with the institution's systems. It is sized case by case, according to the number of spaces and current revenue.
Checks free and occupied spaces, tracks parking times and records fines in the field, all georeferenced.
The inspector photographs the plate and retrieves the vehicle data to issue the fine, with the image as evidence of the act.
Issues fines under current regulations and prints the receipt on portable thermal devices.
Zones and spaces, inspector routes and shifts, fine amounts and reports, all in a single panel.
Integration with the institution's financial system to sync payments and issue clearance certificates.
Our own data center, encrypted storage and data processing compliant with the LOPDP.
A resident's collection point is their home, and it is treated as such. No ID number or name is required to receive a notice, a phone number is stored only if that channel is chosen, opting out is immediate, and the institution sees information aggregated by neighborhood. Faces and license plates in report photos are blurred before they reach the panel. Information is stored in our own encrypted data center, with data minimization, a declared purpose and consent, in line with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
The service also covers residents without a smartphone through alternative notice channels, and screens are designed with sufficient contrast and scalable text. A public service that requires downloading an app leaves part of the population out.
